APPLE SET TO RELEASE ELECTRIC CAR AND EVEN REGISTERS APPLE.CAR

Owner paypal and Tesla, Elon Musk, says Apple is currently working on a rival electric car. In his words, he says ''it is an open secret that apple is making a rival car. Speaking at his Los Angeles design studio, Musk predicts that in no distant future, it would be strange to find human driven cars.

Apple recently registered several auto related domains like apple.car and apple.auto. 

The Tesla, though one of the world's bestselling electric cars, currently runs at a loss. Several of her engineers have been snatched by rival firms including apple. I wonder what her fate will be when the apple electric car hits the market.

Musk said apple would try to make a compelling car of its own.
"It's pretty hard to hide something if you hire over a thousand engineers to do it," he said.

But Musk says he doesn't see the iPhone-maker as a threat.
"It will expand the industry," he said.
"Tesla will still aspire to make the most compelling electric vehicles, and that would be our goal, while at the same helping other companies to make electric cars as well."
