The Chinese market seems to have grown tremendously over the years, making it one of the most talked about markets on business news. It’s why Hollywood, the NBA, Apple, Facebook, all are so eager to establish presence here. For you to really get an idea of just how big the market in China is, pay attention to this: Vivo and Oppo managed to become two of the top five phone manufacturers in the world (according to units sold) by almost selling exclusively in China. Think about how obscure/unknown a brand like Oppo is to Americans (in the states, LG/Sony/Blackberry are 5,000 times more famous and known). Yet if you do great in just China, that’s already enough business to put you at the top of the global charts, way ahead of Sony and LG and Blackberry. And the Chinese phone makers are not stopping there as a new product known to be a mobile with the longest lasting battery was just released. Check out the features below.
The Oukitel k10000 Pro is, as the name hints at, is a phone with a killer 10,000 mah battery. To house a battery pack that big, it had to be bulky, and the K10000 Pro is built like a tank. It’s 0.55-inch (14mm) thick and weighs 0.63-lb (288g)! Despite the sheer size, the device is actually feels pleasant to hold. It’s got this leather back with a grippy texture, with a metal plate over the camera area and sides. At the top and bottom of the device are plastic bumpers that should absorb shock if dropped. The K10000 Pro is a really sturdy, solid device, one that — I’m serious — could be used as a weapon (the bottom corners are quite sharp).00 mAh battery. The display is a 1080p 5.5-inch panel and while nothing amazing, gets the job done. Aside from the battery size and the physical build, nothing about this phone, from the MediaTek 6750T processor with 3GB of RAM to the 13-megapixel camera, is remarkable. It’s just a decent mid-tier phone that sells for cheap (US$185/HK$1,450 right now on Tinydeal) and will last you an entire week.
My findings while testing this mobile gadget was mind blowing. After a week of consistent use including a two day heavy usage, the phone still saw me through 7 days with about 12% battery life left. I used this phone for 16 hours on a skype call during the 7 day test and it never got over heated, cool right?
The only drawback of this device is that it comes with a 5 M.P fr
